AC Milan sporting director Leonardo has denied the speculation linking the San Siro outfit to former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte, according to report.
Leonardo has backed Gennaro Gattuso to continue with the Sansiro outfit, Gattuso signed a three-year deal in April and the club is not ready to pathways with their boss.
Gattuso’s position has been under threat since the appointment of Leonardo with the Brazilian seeking to bring Conte to San Siro.

"My view is shared by the club, Gattuso was the first to be confirmed, this has never been up for discussion," said Leonardo, who arrived in Milan as the Serie A club continued to overhaul its senior hierarchy under new owners Elliott Management.
"It's normal that these things happen when great coaches are available, but none of us has talked to Conte.
"Gattuso has grown as a coach, he's a Milan man and we'll go from there."
Gattuso led Milan to a sixth-placed finish in Serie A last season and secured European football next season in the Europa League.
