Just like Nigeria, world football superpowers Germany and Belgium have announced what their players will earn at the World Cup next year.

The German football federation (DFB) announced that each player will pocket a mouthwatering 350,000 Euros (about 140 million Naira) should they retain the World Cup.

Each player was paid 300,000 Euros when they beat Argentina 1-0 at the final of Brazil 2014.

A further breakdown shows that each player will get 75,000 Euros when they reach the quarterfinals.

They will get an additional 125,000 Euros when they get to the semi-finals and another 200,000 Euros-a-man should they be beaten in the final.

Belgium, on the other hand, have reached an agreement in principle with the players to pay each of them 500,000 Euros (about 200 million Naira) should they go all the way to win the World Cup in Russia next year.

However, this bonus is performance based, meaning you would have played all the games on the way to the country winning the World Cup to get 500,000 Euros.
