Mohamed Salah is close to a return to the Premier League with Liverpool, according to reports.
After weeks of haggling, Premier League side Liverpool believe they have landed £35million Mohamed Salah from Roma.
Salah, previously of Chelsea, has excelled since joining Roma in Serie, and now looks destined for a return to the Premier League but this time with Liverpool, who have been on his trail for weeks.
The Egypt winger is one of Jurgen Klopp’s top priorities and has been at the centre of discussions between the two clubs for some time.Read also: R.I.P: Toure, Kalou and Bony present as Tiote is buries
Salah scored 19 goals for Roma last season but is understood to be keen to move to Anfield. He would have completed in January 2014 but for a late swoop from Chelsea.
After struggling to break into the first team at Stamford Bridge, however, he moved to Fiorentina on loan before joining Roma.
An initial loan spell was made permanent but it is believed he feels he has “unfinished business” in the Premier League and wants to return.
