Liverpool is ready to face Real Madrid in the Champions League after securing a 4-0 win against Brighton and Hove Albion at Anfield in their last Premier League of the season and also seal a qualification to the Champions League next season.
Liverpool finished in the top four spot in the Premier League and five points ahead of fifth place Chelsea who suffered 3-0 shocking defeat against Newcastle United
Klopp had been desperate to put talk of the Kiev date with Real Madrid on the backburner until a top-four place was assured.
“We will be ready. That's really cool.
“(Finishing fourth) gives us a big boost. Imagine if we had been in the final and the only chance to get into the Champions League was to win the Champions League final. That's maybe not the best option to choose!”
They now have two weeks before the Real Madrid game, and Klopp said: “It's perfect. It helps. A few people have asked me already whether it's too long, but no, it's perfect.

“It's like a little pre-season to the game. Everybody can imagine the boys need a little bit of rest.
“We will give them two days and then we will go to a camp, we will not train high intensity, we will do a little tactical stuff, a little fitness work, keep them in shape and then we have five days to prepare for the last game.
“That's what we need now. We are all happy about that.
“It was unbelievably intense again and the relief is a much bigger feeling than the happiness.
“The pressure was immense that we had in the last few weeks, but the boys dealt really well with it. That's big, big, big.”
Liverpool was without James Milner for the first time this season, but Klopp played down any fear of a serious injury.
Real Madrid still has a La Liga game to play next week before the ultimate clash in Kiev later this month.
