L'pool vs Man City: Klopp aims to stop Guardiola at Anfield - FCNaija

Jurgen Klopp will aim to stop Pep Guardiola's  Manchester City in the Premier League fixture when they clash this weekend at the Anfield on Sunday.

TEAM NEWS:

LIVERPOOL:

Jordan Henderson is expected to be out of this encounter against Manchester City due to a thigh injury and Alberto Moreno is nursing an ankle injury.

MANCHESTER CITY:

The Premier League leaders will be without the services of Gabriel Jesus due to a knee injury.

Benjamin Mendy has been on the injury casualty list for a while now and he is still expected to miss the tie against Liverpool due to a knee injury.

Vincent Kompany is unlikely to start as he is just recuperating from injury.

Both teams have played 159 times with Liverpool having a better result having won the Etihad outfit on 75 occasions and drew 41 times, Manchester City has won 43 times occasions.
