The Belgian forward told Telefoot: "Favourites against PSG? Not yet. It will be a very complicated match against a team that has a lot of talent, playing at a certain level for several years.
"A team with world champions, players who have won many trophies and have a lot of experience. It's going to be a tough match, but a good test for us to see where we are."
Lukaku added: "PSG have a fairly large squad. I think they have a lot of players who can make a difference. We prefer to play against the best players in the world, so the level can rise. I hope he will recover well. If he is there, it will be a good match for the fans."
It has been confirmed by the PSG manager Thomas Tuchel admits it would be difficult for the Brazilian attacker to make the cut against Manchester United.
