Man City case takes another twist, referred to ruling body

Manchester City is in the danger of missing out in the next season Champions League as their case has been referred to the necessary ruling body for action.

The Premier League Champions has been subjected to investigation over financial crimes and the club has been referred to Club Financial Control Body adjudicatory chamber by UEFA over a potential breach of FFP rules.

According to various report, Manchester City may face Champions League ban if found guilty after being fined and hit with a restriction on transfer spending after an initial breach in 2014.

UEFA's club financial control body chief investigator referred the club after a new probe was launched on March 7 after further allegations about the same period.
