Manchester City forward Bernardo Silva has sent a message to UEFA to introduce VAR from next season following his side exit from Champions League in the hands of Liverpool on controversial circumstances.

The 23-year-old Portugal international saw team-mate Leroy Sane have a goal wrongly ruled out for offside which would have left the match finely poised at 3-2 to Liverpool on aggregate despite the final touch before he struck home coming off the Reds player James Milner.
