The Etihad outfit would be without injured Sergio Aguero, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Fabian Delph against Brighton and Hove Albion in the FA Cup semi-final at the Wembley.

Brighton winger Solly March is a fitness doubt because of the tight calf that prompted his substitution at Chelsea in midweek.

HEAD TO HEAD:

The two teams have played on 12 occasions with Manchester City having a better head to head record, Manchester City winning seven of those games and lost three and two ended in a draw.

RECENT FORM

MANCHESTER CITY:

Pep Guardiola’s men have been in blistering form for the past months and have been winning games upon games with ease with a high attacking football blended with pace.

They have won virtually all their match in their last 15 games both in the domestic scene and in Europe.

BRIGHTON AND HOVE ALBION:

The Seagulls have been in excellent form in the FA Cup, but they might find it difficult to contain Manchester City when they clash in the FA Cup.

PREDICTIONS:

Manchester City 3-0 Brighton and Hove Albion

PEP GUARDIOLA:

"When I was young you saw the final of the FA Cup more than a Premier League game.

"The tradition, the fans, the managers - I cannot deny how nice it would be for me personally.

"The club has won it five times and we want another one, so we will try."

CHRIS HUGHTON

"I think it's foolish to go toe to toe. I'm certainly not embarrassed to say that you have to be able to try and contain them.

"They have too many options if you feel that you can take the game to them. They have so many strategies that can open you up.

"The last thing you need is to go into a game like this and you're very quickly out of the game."
