Despite initially refusing to sell David De Gea, Manchester United are now ready to part with the goalkeeper and some £175million in order to land Cristian Ronaldo.

Ronaldo has sparked a crisis at the Bernebeu by reportedly insisting he is ready to leave Spain after being accused of a £13million tax fraud, with a return to Manchester United now looking likely.

Real had been interested in De Gea, but United told them to back off, but the Red Devils are now ready to give their Spanish goalkeeper plus some huge sums in a bid to land Ronaldo, several reports have claimed.
