Manchester City has identified a replacement for Napoli Jorginho if they failed to land the Serie A star, according to report.
Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovacic has been tipped to be the ideal player to replace Jorginho should the deal fail to materialise, according to report in the Daily Mail.
The negotiation between Manchester City has not changed in recent meetings and there is still £9million difference as the Italian outfit want £60m for the Italy international.
Jorginho remains their prime target but the Premier League Champions are looking to Real Madrid to get a replacement should Napoli refuse to compromise on their stand.
