Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City has done what any other teams in the English Premier League have not done in the history of English top-flight football.

Manchester City has been in scintillating form since the start of the season and they were able to set breathtaking new standards in raw statistical domination.

Manchester City have broken and set numerous records with what they have achieved in this season in the Premier League and they “deserve some accolades “ for  most goals scored, the highest aggregate possession, the numbers of points won, the longest winning streak, the most wins, the most successful passes in a single match.

Manchester City has proved that they are the best team in Englandovertimee after winning the Premier League in a grand style.

Guardiola’s team bettered the Arsenal invincible that went 49 games unbeaten and the Manchester United team that won the Premier League title twice and also better that Carlo Ancelotti’s Chelsea machine that won also won the Premier League.

The Cityzens were rampant in their approach especially in the attack as after they caught the Premier League by storm after scoring more than 100 goals and breaking Chelsea’s record of most goals scored in a single campaign.

It is also worthy to mention that Manchester City is the first team to earn 100 points in the English top flight in their en route to winning the Premier League title for the fifth time.

The Cityzens also boast of the highest number of players in the Premier Football Association team of the year after having five in the list, with the likes of Kyle Walker, Nicolas Otamendi, Kevin de Bruyne and Sergio Aguero making the cut.

Manchester City also has the likes of Raheem Sterling, David Silva, Leroy Sane and Bernardo Silva who can change the game at any point in time, especially when City are in a tough situation and need a goal to save the game.

Pep Guardiola also deserve some praises for his tactical approach after a disappointing debut season at the Etihad Stadium.

The former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager has been at his best with the Etihad outfit this season in the Premier League, he suffered just only two defeat, won 32 games and drew four in the course of 38 games.

Guardiola signings in the last summer were exactly what the team was missing to contest in the Premier League, especially in the defence, where he signed Danilo from Real Madrid, Kyle Walker from Tottenham Hotspur, Benjamin Mendy from Monaco and Aymeric Laporte from Athletic Bilbao in January, the Spanish tactician was able to identify the club's problem and made necessary adjustments.

Manchester City remained the team to beat in England at the moment.
