Manchester City is set to rival Real Madrid for Chelsea star, according to the report in The Sun.
The Premier League Champions are prepared to knock out Real Madrid in the race to sign Eden Hazard if the Belgium international decides to leave the Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea will not be competing in the Champions League next season and Hazard is weighing his options and Manchester City has been circling.

Hazard is reportedly asking for top class players to arrive, in order for him to stay at the club.
The Sun quoted a source from the Etihad, who said: "The club would be at the front of the queue if Hazard becomes available this summer.
"The boss has long considered him a crack player. He has already told the board how much he admires him.
"The club has been keeping a watchful eye. They know his value will drop if his deal continues to run down.
"Pep is refusing to spend money for the sake of it. He only wants a player who can take the squad to the next level."
Hazard might decide to join Manchester City if Real Madrid refuse to signal their interest before or after the World Cup in Russia.
