Real Madrid defender Marcelo has offered an advice to his Los Blancos teammate Isco amid rumours linking him to Chelsea, according to report.
Isco has grown increasingly frustrated at Santiago Bernabeu as Real Madrid boss Santiago Solari dropped the midfielder in two consecutive games against Eibar in the La Liga and the Champions League clash against AS Roma.
The former Malaga star could not make the bench in the 2-0 win against the Giallorossi on Tuesday evening in the Olimpico Stadium.
Marcelo said: “[I’m] not good at giving advice, but it is clear that all players want to play, but it's time to work.

Premier League clubs are linked with a move for the Real Madrid midfielder as Manchester City and Chelsea are keen to add some creativity to their game.
Reports also have it that Real Madrid former boss Carlo Ancelotti wants the Spanish ace at Napoli.
Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda has previously claimed that a move to west London or Manchester City is also a distinct possibility.
He said: "They [Real Madrid] consider that Isco is not involved in the group, that he is doing his thing, that he is having problems with his weight… so he is thinking of going to the Premier League
“He has an offer from Chelsea and another from Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.
“I think that in a style of play like City’s he could do very well.
“Cristiano Ronaldo did not like to play with him because he said he kept the game a lot.”
Isco has made 252 appearances for Real since joining the club from Malaga in 2013 and has won the La Liga and the Champions League with the Spanish capital.
