Lionel Messi is prepared to hold talks with Barcelona at the end of the season but the Argentine maestro has no intention of quitting the club.
The club skipper is not willing to trigger the exit clause in his contract next June and he will wait to negotiate a new deal at the Camp Not next season.
Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu revealed a few days ago that the club hope to offer Messi a lifetime contract.

"If Leo feels strong and ambitious, extended his contract indefinitely will surely be the will of everyone involved," Bartomeu said.
"I always compare him with Pele. Pele was a one-club man in Brazil.
"I have no doubt that, after Messi hangs up his boots, he will stay linked to this club for the rest of his life."
Messi's form is showing no signs of letting him and, with his family settled in Barcelona, leaving the Camp Nou hasn't even crossed his mind.
