Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric has beaten Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo to another award, the Croatian ace will be awarded the 2019 Golden Foot award in a ceremony in Monaco on Tuesday.
The award is in its 17th year and the award is given out the best performing player over the age of 29.

This year Golden Foot award presenters are Jose Altafini, Paulo Roberto Falcao, as well as Carolina Morace while Patrick Vieira will hand the Real Madrid midfielder the accolade.
The likes of Edinson Cavani, Iker Casillas, Gianluigi Buffon, Samuel Eto'o, Andres Iniesta, Didier Drogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Ryan Giggs, Francesco Totti and Ronaldinho have all won the award in the past.
