Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev insisted that Thomas Lemar is not for sale despite being heavily linked with a move to the Premier League according to Goal.
The Ligue 1 Champions want to hold on to the French international until the end of the season.
Arsenal is keen on signing the Monaco midfield during the last summer and he almost made a switch to the North London outfit, agreeing a £90 million deal but the deal could not materialize on the final day after Lemar backed out of the deal.

In recent time Liverpool has also enquiry about the availability of the midfielder in the January window, but Vasilyev said the France international will remain with the Ligue 1 Champions until the end of the current campaign.
"He will stay at Monaco until the end of the season at 100 percent," he told RMC.
Vasilyev said even if his club received huge offers for Lemar, there was no chance they would sell in January.
"If Liverpool or Arsenal come with a big offer before the end of the market? This is not relevant," he said.
"We will say no because the objectives are clear.
"Without important players like Lemar, we will not succeed."
Lemar has provided five assists and scored two goals in the league this season. He is contracted to the club until June 2020.
