Neymar Snr gives a verdict on his son future to quashed rumor leaving Paris Saint-Germain for Real Madrid in the summer.

The 26-year-old Brazilian superstar is a target for the Spanish giants despite only moving to the Ligue 1 leaders in a £198m move from Barcelona in August with ex-Barcelona teammate Ivan Rakitic and fellow countryman Philippe Coutinho gave a potential move their support for Neymar return to Camp Nou.

The forward is currently in Brazil recovering from his injury and has been joined by Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi in recent days, with the club chief has met with the player's family and agent.

Neymar's father is thought to have told Al-Khelaifi that his son is motivated to return as soon as possible before he also had a public message for the media on Tuesday.

"Neymar has a future at PSG. His present is also PSG," the star's agent explained in a press conference in Brazil, alongside PSG president.

Al Khelaifi also underlined Neymar's commitment to the club after visiting the forward in Rio de Janeiro, where he is recovering after undergoing surgery on his metatarsal fracture.

"He is happy, very motivated and excited to come back as soon as possible," the president remarked.

"He is doing everything possible to return, we hope he will be back to play in the league and the cup this season."

Before the injury, Neymar scored 28 goals in 30 appearances for PSG in all competitions and the striker is expected to be fit in time to play for Brazil in the 2018 World Cup, which starts in Russia on June 14.
