Brazilian forward Neymar wants a return to La Liga in a bid to catch up with his Paris Saint-Germain teammates who have overshadowed in at the French capital after a poor World Cup outing.

A report in El Mundo Deportivo says the former Barcelona star remains unhappy at PSG and he is seeking for a return back to Spain, it also reported that Barcelona had a chance of re-signing him.

PSG signed Neymar in a world record fee of a €222m deal in summer of 2017 after the Ligue 1 Champions triggered his release clause and since then he has been constantly linked with a move to Real Madrid.

Neymar maintained close contact with his former Barcelona teammates and the manner he left the Camp Nou has been overlooked and a return to the club would be welcomed by Barcelona players.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is a huge fan of Neymar if the Brazilian wants to quit PSG Perez won't hesitate to make a move to sign the former Santos forward.
