Official: Ac Milan sign Croatian striker

Former Serie A Champions Ac Milan have officially announced the signing of Fiorentina striker Nikola Kalinic, on loan with an obligation to buy.

The Rossoneri had been pursuing the Croatian international all summer, and finally had a bid accepted on Friday night.

The forward took his medicals with the Diavolo yesterday, and he arrived at Casa Milan this morning to sign his contract, with his signing now officially announced.

“AC Milan announces the signing of Nikola Kalinic from Fiorentina, on loan with an obligation to buy,” an official statement on the club’s website reads.

“He has signed a contract with the Rossoneri until June 30, 2021.”

The 29-year-old who has signed for Milan follows Italy defender Leonardo Bonucci and Argentine midfielder Lucas Biglia Sunderland striker Fabio Borini Portugues forward  Andre Silva from Porto, Ivorian midfielder Franck Kassie from Atalanta all joining the club this summer.

Nikola Kalinic made 42 appearances in all competitions for Fiorentina last season scoring 20 goals.
