Nura’s current deal was set to run out in a year time, but the 20-year-old who is a product of the youth team of the club, following his move from Serie B side Spezia two years ago put pen to paper on a fresh four-year deal.

It is understood that Nura is already in the environs of the main squad and would’ve been played by Coach Eusebio Di Francesco had he not suffered a serious knee ligament injury.

His contract extension was announced alongside that of three other graduates of the club academy, which brings to four the number of academy graduates who have extended their deal at the club.

They are Mirko Antonucci and Sidy Keba Coly who all have secured new long-term contracts.
