OFFICIAL: Super Eagles star join Ligue 1 side from La Liga

Super Eagles winger Moses Simon has joined Ligue 1 side Nantes from La Liga outfit Levante on a season-long loan.

The 24-year-old Nigeria international move to Ciutat de València last year where he appeared in 23 official matches, scoring one goal and providing an assist.

According to Nantes official website, Simon will spend the remainder of the 2019-2020 campaign on loan with a purchase option inserted into the deal.

Kaduna-born was part of the Super Eagles squad that finished third at the Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt last month.

He began his European career at Slovakian side AS Trencin before moving to Belgium in January 2015 after three seasons with Belgian club Gent he played 136 games scoring 21 goals and producing 18 assists, were he to Spain. 

The product of GBS Academy has won 25 caps for his country at senior level scoring four goals and providing six assists has been given number 27 jersey at Nantes.
