Paris Saint-Germain has stepped in for Manchester United midfielder, according to reports from France.
The Ligue 1 leaders are set to offer Marouane Fellaini an improved deal and favourable terms to make him a PSG player after his contract is stalled with Manchester United.
The Belgium international is not satisfied with the new terms Manchester United offered him and his current deal with the Old Trafford giants expires in June.
Mourinho holds crunch meeting with Man United midfielder
Le 10 Sport says the Ligue 1 giant PSG is keen to tempt Fellaini to France and have already made contact with the midfielder's representative.
Manchester United is reluctant to offer the midfielder a deal longer than one-year, but the Le Parisians are set to offer the former Everton midfielder a four-year contract.
With Fellaini being a Bosman prospect, that also suits PSG given their present Financial Fair Play concerns.
If negotiations run smoothly, Fellaini will be free to sign a pre-contract with the Le Parisians from January 1.
