Barcelona general manager Pep Segura has lambasted Catalans new signing Arturo Vidal.

In the opinion of the general manager, Vidal seems to be insulting his teammate with his antics on the social media.

The former Juventus and Bayern Munich midfielder has complained about insufficient game time at the Camp Nou.

The Chilean international denied his controversial social media comments were a dig at Valverde, who again didn't play him against Valencia. Although he admitted that he was not happy.

"The situation of Vidal is very clear,"  "In the first place, with his messages, it is a proof that he has the personal will to play and serve FC Barcelona to win everything, as he said during his presentation.

"But the negative part is that he does not have the behaviour that a professional must have out of respect for the coach and his teammates.

"In a club as big as Barça, with such great professionals, Vidal knows he was wrong and he showed disrespect to his teammates. But I'm sure he'll correct that.” Segura told Sport.

Vidal is currently with Chilean national team for World Cup qualifiers with Peru on Saturday before the friendly with Mexico on Wednesday.
