Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has taken a side in the Champions League involving his former team Bayern Munich and against the team that knocked him out of the competition last season, Liverpool.

Guardiola wants the German Champions to eliminate Liverpool when they clash at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday evening in the second leg of the round of 16.

The Premier League has three teams in the quarterfinals at the moment as Manchester City, Tottenham and Manchester City and there is a high possibility that Liverpool could join them if they can get a win or a goal draw against Bayern Munich.
