PFA, Premier League legends mourn Ehiogu

The Professional Footballers Association and Premier League legends have paid their tributes to former Aston Villa defender Ugochukwu Ehiogu who died on Friday.

The former England defender who until his exit was the head coach of Tottenham's U-23 team died on Friday at the age of 44 after suffering a cardiac arrest at Tottenham's training centre on Thursday.

A Spurs statement said Ehiogu who was capped four times by England died in hospital in the early hours of Friday.

Reacting to his demise, PFA and notable Premier League legends have taken to social media to express their shock over the sad incident while also sympathising with those he left behind.
