Manchester United third away kit revealed ahead of 2019-20 season and it has taken inspiration from the Northern Quarter in Manchester.

The colour of the kit has been described by Adidas as 'Savannah' and has a subtly patterned design over the top of it which is said to be a nod to the mosaics that colour the streets of the Northern Quarter.

The shirt is beige in colour, a first for United, and features black trim. The words 'Manchester United Football Club' are embroidered into the bottom left corner of the design.

It later declared: "Standing out with a new colour palette, the striking new away shirt continues to blur the lines between sport and style, blending both cultures into a single piece of design."

Fronting the campaign were England internationals Marcus Rashford and they were joined by Juan Mata, and wantaway midfielder Paul Pogba, as well as United women's team players Alex Greenwood and Leah Galton.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's United team will wear the shirt for the first time against Perth Glory in the opening pre-season fixture on Saturday.
