Paris Saint-Germain has joined the race to sign Portuguese sensational Renato Sanches according to recent speculation in Lisbon. Renato was one of the stars who helped Portugal to clinch the Euro 2016, scoring against Poland in the quarter-finals. Sanches burst onto the scene in the 2015-2016 season, going from Benfica’s academy to playing 24 league games and scoring twice as the Eagles won the Portuguese title. The former Benfica midfielder was on song this time last year which lead to many clubs craving for his signature before he decided to join Bayern Munich for €35 million. However, the season has not been too good for the midfielder as he barely played a role, he had only six Bundesliga start and failing to score in the entire season. PSG have been reported to have joined the race, but it looks like Bayern won’t let go of their man for €35m, but will be asking for more. Diario Gol had reported that the 19-year-old preferred a move to the Nou Camp, despite the fact that Jose Mourinho has come knocking on his door again.
