The transfer window in Spain and France will end at the beginning of September, but the report claims that Barcelona will have to agree on a deal before August 10.

Neymar moved from Barcelona to PSG in a world record fee two seasons ago and during his time at the Camp Nou, he scored 105 goals in 186 appearances for Barcelona.
