Paris Saint-Germain is set to offer €90m for Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic, according to report.
The Ligue 1 Champions will test Barcelona with an initial offer of the first offer €90m and evaluate the response from the Camp Nou directors before making a subsequent offer, before moving further to talk over personal terms with the Croatian midfielder, according to Sport.

The Parisian club wants to be sure that Barcelona is willing to sell Rakitic before they make any proposal, the French club has also done some findings and they are set to come up with a concrete bid for the former Sevilla player.
Rakitic's contract has a €125m buyout clause, but PSG firmly believes that with an initial offer of €90m Barcelona will listen to their offer and even if it will take a second bid to seal a move for the Croatian midfielder.
