PSG star returns to Brazil training after injury scare

Paris Saint-Germian superstar Neymar has resumed Brazilian training after injury scare over his knee ahead of Copa America.

The 27-year-old forward limped out of Selecao first full training on Tuesday after injuring his knee as his side preparation toward this month tournament in thier home nation.

Neymar has played only four matches for the Ligue 1 Champions Paris Saint-Germain since his return in April from a right foot injury but former Barcelona and Santos star returned to training for the first time since Tuesday after the injury he picked up in Copa America preparations.

Brazil’s soccer confederation said the striker remained on the pitch during the entire session as the training was closed to the media.

The most expensive player in the world told TV Globo in an interview: "I am fine, it was just a scare.

Copa America begins June 14, with Brazil playing Bolivia on opening day. Neymar is expected to play a friendly against Qatar on June 5.
