PSG star Goncalo Guedes steal the show as Cristiano Ronaldo return to make his 150th appearances in Portugal 3-0 victory over Algeria in pre-World Cup friendly match in Lisbon.

The 21-year-old winger, who just finish a season-long with Valencia opened the scoring in the 18th minute for European Champions with a shot from inside the area after a nice head-pass from Manchester City Bernardo Silva.

Bruno Fernandes added to the lead in the 37th with a close-range header after a well-placed left-footed cross by Ronaldo, and Guedes netted his second goal early in the second half with a header after a cross by Raphael Guerreiro from the left side.

Portugal finished their World Cup preparations as Ronaldo returned to the Seleccao line up to lead their attack after missing the last two encounter with 0-0 Belgium and a 2-2 score draw against Tunisia.

Fernando Santos opted for a 4-2-3-1 formation, Guedes played on the left and Premier League winner Silva on the right.

Seleccao coach Santos will take 13 players to Russia who helped the team win its first major title at the European Championship two years ago in France.

Portugal will begin its World Cup campaign against Iberian rival Spain on June 15 in Sochi before taking on Morocco and Iran in the remaining Group B fixture.
