Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has informed President Florentino Perez to sign Real Sociedad full back Alvaro Odriozola during the January transfer window.
Ramos was impressed with Odriozola’s performance when Los Blancos clashed with Real Sociedad in the La Liga and was further delighted after spending a week with the defender as part of Spain squad during the World Cup qualifiers.
Diario Sport says Ramos is a big fan of the youngster and believes the €40m La Real is demanding to sell is a realistic valuation.
The skipper returned to Madrid singing Odriozola's praises and has told Perez to bring him to the club in January.
Real Madrid will be up against Getafe on Saturday at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez for their next La Liga game before taking on Tottenham Hotspur in the UEFA Champions League.
