Gareth Bale was in red-hot form as Real Madrid humiliated Celta Vigo 6-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday in their final home La Liga game this season as the Welsh scored a brace in Los Blancos' demolition of the Galician club.
Real Madrid started with a good move up front in the attack as Luka Modric set up Hakimi Acraf in the right wing, but the Moroccan final pass in the box was cleared by Celta Vigo defence in the 5th minute.
Celta Vigo had control of the game in the early minute of the game and made Real Madrid seat back in their own half and depend
on the counter-attack to catch the visitors unaware.
The plan paid off in the 12th minute as Madrid set up Gareth Bale in from the half of the field to give the Los Blancos the first goal of the match.
Celta Vigo also had an attempt in the 15th minute but it played over the bar. Acraf final pass into the visitors' post was saved again after the Moroccan had a decent run to the back of the Celta Vigo defence line.
Real Madrid got the second goal from a Bale's screamer as the Welsh forward ran down the wing to score a brace for Los Blancos.
Los Blancos scored a third of the night came for the home team after Toni Kroos picked connected Isco at the edge of the box as the Spanish got the third for Real Madrid in the 32nd minute.
The home team maintained possession in the with just four minutes to end the first half.
Real Madrid had a spectacular game in the first 45 minute as they take enjoy three goals lead over the Galician club.
Acraf got the fourth goal for Real Madrid after he was set up by Karim Benzema in the 52nd second minute with Real Madrid dictating proceedings at the Bernabeu.
Bale almost got his hat-trick but his effort was saved by the Celta Vigo goalkeeper, Zidane substituted Karim Benzema for Borja Mayoral in the 64th minute and Isco was removed for Marco Asensio and in the 72nd minute Bale was substituted for Lucas Vazquez.
Asensio short was deflected in the net by Celta Vigo defender Sergi Gomez to give Real Madrid the fifth goal of the night. Koos made it six for the home side with just nine minutes to end the game.
The game ended 6-0 in favour of Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu.
