Chelsea delayed the deal for Hazard due to the fact that they were pushing for Champions League for the next season and they were able to achieve that feat on Sunday as the Belgian attacker played his last Premier League game at home.

Chelsea is also pushing for a chance to play in the Europa League final Eintracht Frankfurt in the second leg of the Europa and Hazard could deliver the Europa League trophy to Chelsea fans before he signed for Real Madrid.

It has been reported that Hazard has agreed on terms with Real Madrid but Chelsea is yet to give a reasonable valuation to Los Blancos directors considering the fact that he is in the last year of his contract.
