The report in Spanish paper says: Perez is no longer willing to replace Luka Modric with the Dane midfielder instead he hand the Croatian star another contract to extend his stay at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The president is also satisfied with the performance of Dani Ceballos as Modric’s successor at Real Madrid, both Modric and Ceballos have been good friends since the arrival of the young Spanish from Real Betis.
