The Belgian attacker’s contract will run out in 2020, Perez is asking the Stamford outfit to lower their asking price to a realistic figure, according to Cadena SER.
Just this week, Hazard said of his future: "Right now everything is ok, but in two months it may be different.
"I will continue working to the plan and then let's see what happens.”
Hazard has been in scintillating form under Maurizio Sarri and he has scored eight goals in ten appearances for Chelsea.
