Mauro Icardi has reportedly informed his friends that he has no intention of leaving Inter Milan unless they kick he him out of the club.

The Argentine superstar is on the verge of becoming only the sixth player in history to score 100 Serie A goals before turning 25 as he is currently on 96 goals.

Inter host Chievo at San Siro on Sunday night, Icardi has got just another chance to drag his men forward: winning the match would take them one point above Napoli and Juventus and make them table leaders.

While multiple sources in Spain note that La Liga and Champions League holders Real Madrid sees him as an ideal replacement for Karim Benzema, the Argentine is unconvinced.

“If they don’t kick me out, I’m staying at Inter for the rest of my career,” he told friends, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Maurito is in negotiations to extend his current contract from 2020 to 2023 and includes a raise of the salary €7m-per-year and the chance to either increase or completely remove his €100m break clause.

Icardi has had a wonderful start of the season with the Nerazzurri, is the top Serie A goalscorer with 15 goals from 14 matches.
