"In Barça, if they want to sign the player who left them, then first they must get rid of Luis Suárez, Dembélé and Arturo Vidal to be able to pay Neymar's current salary," said Inda.
A swap involving Ousmane Dembele is likely, adds Inda.
"Dembélé will end up in PSG," he stated.
