REPORT: Hazard agrees personal terms with Real Madrid

Chelsea star Eden Hazard has agreed on a personal term with Real Madrid with the Belgian attacker set to join the European giants in the summer, according to report in the AS.

Hazard is set to reject a new deal to remain at the Stamford Bridge despite having just one year left in his current deal with a potential move to Real Madrid on the card.

Chelsea has demanded Real Madrid to pay €170m for the service of the attacker but Los Blancos' directors are unwilling to match up with the valuation from the Stamford Bridge directors and they are set to throw in the Mateo Kovacic into the deal to cut down the asking price.

Though Chelsea face a competition from Tottenham Hotspur to sign the 24-year-old midfielder, according to report in the AS.
