Ronaldo holds meeting with Bernabeu Chiefs after Real's draw

Cristiano Ronaldo held meeting with Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane after Los Blanco's second consecutive draw against Levante.

The Portuguese star is concerned about Real Madrid over reliant on him this season as Real Madrid could only salvage a draw against the Levante at his absence on Saturday.

Ronaldo is serving his suspension for shoving an official in the game against Barcelona in the Spanish Super Cup last month.

The reigning world best will not be eligible to play any La Liga games until September 20 but will feature in the Champions League against APOEL on Wednesday.

Ronaldo is now 32-years-old and according to reports, he’s wary that there will be less rotation following Alvaro Morata’s departure.

The Spain international was an influential figure last season despite being deployed primarily from the bench.

He managed to score 15 goals in 26 games to relieve some pressure on Ronaldo, he needs some rest periods to keep fresh and fit.

Zidane now also has another suspension to contend with Marcelo dismissed in the closing minutes of yesterday’s game for lashing out at Levante defender Jefferson Lerma.
