Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo appeared in an emotional advert charting his life from youth to being Real Madrid legend alongside his son and mum.
Portuguese star who went from attempting to win trials at Sporting CP to lifting the Euro 2016 trophy has enjoyed a career that began in a small Portuguese neighbourhood
before cementing his name as one of the greatest to have graced the game.
The video begins with Ronaldo talking to his mother as a youngster on the phone while he was having trials at Sporting CP.
After destroying Manchester United in a friendly which urged Sir Alex Ferguson to sign him, Ronaldo became the most expensive teenager in football history when he penned a deal at Old Trafford.
And the advert shows how he steps out of his car in Manchester before talking to his parents at the Theatre of Dreams.
In the video
he paid tribute to Ferguson on SunSports by saying: "I wanted the number 28, but the Mister game
me the 7. He says that is the jersey of kings."
His father then responds: "There's only one king and it's you."
The advert then continues to show how Ronaldo later joined Real Madrid before lifting the European Cup with Portugal.
