Cristiano Ronaldo has informed Real Madrid he wants to leave next summer after another fall-out at the Bernabeu according to reports.
According to Spanish TV show, El Chiringuito de Jugones claims that the 32-year-old has already informed Madrid president Florentino Perez of his decision to quit the club next summer with the Portuguese skipper is under contract until 2021.
Benzema: Ronaldo is selfish
The report also claims that Perez is not willing to allow World Player of the Year to leave. But Ronaldo was irritated by a contract renewal offer from Real Madrid as he was reportedly unhappy with the terms and believes he’s not regarded highly enough by the La Liga holders.
It’s claimed that former Manchester United forward Ronaldo was also irked by Los Blanco's pursuit of Kylian Mbappe this summer before eventually losing out to Paris Saint-Germain.
Neymar is the one identified as Ronaldo’s heir and at Santiago Bernabeu could even look to do a deal with PSG that would swap the players as the Brazilian is said to be unhappy in France already despite sealing a world record £200m deal this summer.
Ronaldo has scored just once in La Liga this season as Real Madrid trail Barcelona by eight points after 11 games
