Klopp reacts to Salah link with Real Madrid

Mohamed Salah has admitted he 'loves' the Roma fans and he is looking forward to playing his former club in the Champions League semi-finals, after his Liverpool side were paired with the Serie A club.

Jurgen Klopp's side were drawn against the Serie A side in the European competition's last four in Friday's draw and Salah joined the Reds from Roma last summer for £39million and has been the star man this season, scoring 39 goals in all competitions.

“It's my old club. I love the fans there and they love me too,” Salah told CNN.

“I still talk to most of the players there. We were very close to each other and we are good friends.

“Of course, I have happy memories. We played together for two years and were fighting together in all the games. We had a good time in the dressing room.

“Who am I most looking forward to seeing? Francesco Totti. He is amazing, unbelievable - he has everything.

“I love him. I have a good relationship with him, he's very nice.”
