Piatek dined for Genoa over the summer and has scored 12 goals in seven appearances and he is also been tracked by Barcelona.
Genoa will agree to sell the Polish striker for €35m according to report and Sarri wants Chelsea to roll out the chequebook to sign the striker in a bid to add more strength to the attack.
