Tottenham Hotspurs is willing to re-sign Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale and has revealed their valuation for their ex-player, according to report.

Real Madrid has also shown their willingness to sell Bale after his latest injury setback, the attacker aggravated his calf last week an injury which will keep him out until Christmas.

Perez has demanded €100m to sell Bale and according to report in Don Balon the president won’t accept a penny less.

Manchester United and Bayern Munich have expressed their interest but was refrained by Perez’s Valuation considering Bale’s injury record.

Spurs, however, have gone further and offered to take Bale back - for €60m. For the moment, Perez has rejected the offer out of hand, something Captain Sergio Ramos is unimpressed with as he believes it would be best for all concerned if Bale left for a fresh start.

The Spain international feels Perez should work with Bale to get a move out of the club, even it means losing face by accepting much less than what Real Madrid originally paid for the winger.

Just last week, Ramos said of his teammate: "Bale is not integrated? You cannot impose how you are to someone. He was a little apart. He was shyer than others.

"Another thing would be if he was not a professional or that he did not take care, but on this subject, we cannot blame him.

"I do not know why he is injured, let's hope he finds this regularity so that it benefits us all.

"He speaks little, he understands everything, but he speaks English."

La Liga action returns this weekend after the international break, Real Madrid will take a trip to Wanda Metropolitano to play city rival Atletico Madrid.
