A large chunk of condolence messages are already pouring in for Nigeria Professional Football Club, Kwara United who were involved in an auto crash on Wednesday morning along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
Aside the messages from fellow Premier League clubs, Super Eagles defender Shehu Abudulahi has also commiserated with the newly-promoted NPFL club.
On his twitter handle he wrote on Wednesday:
Kwara United were
returning to their base having taken part in the just concluded Bet9ja NNL Season Super 4 tournament held in Lagos when they ran into trouble.
FCNaija.com gathered that no life was lost in the incidence but few of the players and officials suffered a varying degree of injuries.
Kwara United are meant to host Niger Tornadoes in the opening day of the NPFL on Sunday but it is not clear if the game will go ahead as planned.
