Super Eagles open training on Tuesday ahead of Libya tie

Super Eagles open training camp on Tuesday morning at the Akwa Ibom International Stadium Uyo ahead of Saturday’s 2019 AFCON qualifiers against Libya, according to their official Twitter handle.

Three-times African Champions will host The Mediterranean Knights in a matchday-three encounter in Group E on Saturday before traveling to Tunisia for the return leg at the Stade Taieb Mhiri in the city of Sfax, on Tuesday, 16th October.

Libya sit on top of the group with four points with a superior goal difference to South Africa and Nigeria are third with three points, Seychelles last on the table without any points from two matches so far.

Super Eagles media team tweet via their Twitter handle that senior national team will open training on Tuesday and filming will be allowed on Friday for 15 minutes.
