Ndidi consistent performances have earned him links to several high-profile clubs this summer, including Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspurs and Manchester United but retired Republic of Ireland international has urged Gunners coach Unia Emery to bring Leicester City workaholic star to the Emirates.
Cascarino told talkSport
: ''It is really tricky because it is the cost of Premier League players. I think Arsenal could do with Ndidi of Leicester City.
"Probably too expensive. Probably wouldn’t be able to go there,''
Arsenal are believed to be in need of midfield reinforcements following the departure of Aaron Ramsey to Juventus and return of Denis Suarez to Barcelona.
Ndidi has been named among the five hardest working players in the Premier League for the 2018-2019 season after making 38 games appearances for Leicester City.
