TRANSFER: Onazi dumps Trabzonspor for another Turkish club

Forgotten Super Eagles midfielder Ogenyi Onazi dumped John Mikel's Trabzonspor for another Turkish club Denizlispor on a 18-month contract.

Nigeria international, 27 reached an agreement to end his contract with his former side on Thursday so he became a free agent after three years at Şenol Güneş Stadium where he made 79 league appearances for the club and scored seven goals.

Onazi recently returned to action after spending almost a year on the sidelines due to Achilles tendon injury but the midfielder has made two appearances so far this season before his switch.

However, the 2013 African Cup of Nations winner took his social media to reacts after he sign for Denizlispor who are currently 11th on the Super Lig table.

Onazi is expected to make his debut for Denizlispor against champions Galatasaray on Sunday.
